	2-3 Beds - Equipped with 2 Lofts - 1 King and 1 Full + Dinette converts to Full bed on demand.
	Full bathroom with bath tub and shower. Toilet is portable for easy emptying at RV dump stations. Bathroom has cement floors and stucco walls with blue-pine. Cement and stucco are sealed and painted. Blue pine is sealed. Includes window in the bathroom for ventilation and view.
	Unlimited Hot Water - Equipped with a propane tankless hot water heater that runs on two AA batteries that only need changed once every couple of months.
	Premium Wool Insulation - Organic premium wool insulation was used in the walls and floors. The floors are double-insulated with heat reflecting.
	Thermostat Controlled Heated Floor Mat - The floor has a roll out heat mat that is thermostat controlled.
	50 / 30 / 20 amps - The unit only requires 15 amps to operate - but it is equipped with a 50 amp port and box if you decide to run more.
	Custom Artwork - The dinette insert has a hand-burned bumble bee and hangs on the wall as art when not in use as the bed piece for the dinette.
	Storage - There is tons of storage under the dinette, as well as cube shelf storage in the staircase. Hidden slide out pantry. Medium size fridge. And more storage under the kitchen cabinets and in the kitchen drawers.
	Premium Bamboo Hardwood Flooring in Main + Custom Blue Pine Stairs + Premium Vinyl in Lofts Matching Main.
	Kitchen with large counter, very large cupboards and lots of shelving. The photo is slightly out of date - the faucet was relocated to the right with a mesh wire "wall" for hanging things. And shelving added to the left and the lower LED removed. But I can reinstall that if you prefer. Counter is treated with food grade oil.
